Communication Skills
Communication is the thread which runs through all the interactions we have with people. How we communicate defines our personality, gives others a window into who we are, shows our thoughts and opinions to the world and puts on show the attitudes we have to people and events.
Stephen Covey calls it “ the most important skill in life” and yet time and again we underestimate the importance of – and the challenge of – communicating our feelings, attitudes, opinions, thoughts and insights.
The multitude of new forms of social media communication also bring in a new element to our communication skills and we focus on developing the effective use of these too.
