GHD



As an emerging 21st century brand, GHD wanted to ensure that its message was consistent throughout the world. In partnership we developed a ‘Selling the Brand’ programme. The programme included brand values, style and image as well as the way the GHD people ‘sell’ themselves – through developing their communication and presentation skills – in front of customers.

To maintain pace with the growth in sales and overall company expansion, our management development programme ensures a comensurate growth in leadership skills and best practice and is now a feature of the business with all new managers attending the programme.

 

 

BSS

 



In response to BSS's commitment to develop their people to be the best our initial programme - High Impact Business Negotiation - was developed to support their buyers and account managers. To date over 250 key personnel have taken this course.

Our successful collaboration continues with the advanced Project Management training programme for senior managers. Building on the traditional project management tools, this programme focuses greatly on the people management aspects of project management to ensure the full use of all skills throughout the project team.

 

 

AIRWAVE

 



Airwave Service provides the state of the art digital communication systems to the emergency services in the UK. When a subsidiary of O2, we were commissioned to enhance the business communication skills of their senior account managers.

Building on the success of this pilot High Impact Business Communication programme, additional building blocks were included to increase effectiveness in all aspects of communication, managing and prioritising time and meetings and then rolled out to all account managers.

A complementary Managing Change programme was developed and delivered to line managers to coincide with and support the staff during the de-merger from O2.

 

 

LOCAL
AUTHORITY

 

Referred by a local business leader we were engaged specifically to work with a departmental leadership team to increase their operational effectiveness. For 18 months we ran a modular training programme tailored to their pre-determined needs which was complemented by 1 on 1 coaching. The co-ordinated programme drew on many elements of the building blocks to improve communication and presentation skills, achieve smarter working through effective prioritisation and time management and instill a positive attitude and self-confidence to take advantage of changing business and social conditions.

SOCIAL CARE

 

The chief executive recognised the need to turn a group of successful but disparate fundraisers and business generators into a cohesive team. This necessitated us facilitating a programme that recognised achievements and built on existing strengths and skills to generate robust  self-belief  enabling them to embrace  and use change as a catalyst  to do things differently  and turn potential problems into timely and effective solutions.

 

 

TRADE BODY

 

A national professional association commissioned a specific effective communication module to be delivered throughout the country at a series of showcase events to recognise the achievements of key personnel and inspire their future performance .

Our role was to entertain, educate and motivate and the repeat business and feedback generated is testament to our success and their satisfaction.
